Resumption of Public Worship
Published on Saturday, 25 July 2020 10:30
We are delighted to tell you that we will be resuming a service of Holy Communion for the whole Watling Valley Partnership in September.
Presuming that public health advice remains the same, and pending a full risk assessment, we aim to hold our first service on SUNDAY 13 SEPTEMBER at SERVANT KING CHURCH in Furzton at 1030 am.
We expect to continue this provision in the same way on the following two Sundays – 20th September and 27th September.
This will be a very short and simple service and you should note that for your safety and to comply with the law:
- Numbers will be limited, so you will need to book a (free) ticket – instructions will be published nearer the time
- Social distancing and hygiene measures will be in place, and we also ask you to wear a face covering
- There will be no singing/hymn books/shared books or sheets.
- No refreshments will served after the service.
We are also planning for how we resume services more widely and will keep you informed. Please look out for more details in the next few weeks. These will be shared through our website, and our Facebook and Twitter accounts. Alternatively, you can ring the Partnership Office on 01908 504452.
